Mr. Krassimir Stankov

General Manager and Lead owner, a seasoned entrepreneur and one of the most successful managers and innovators on the Bulgarian insurance market. He has 25 years of professional experience both in leading insurance and in brokerage companies. Krassimir enjoys a demonstrated record in Negotiation, Business Planning, Risk Management, Management, and Customer Service.

Krassimir secures advising Clients on Design and Scope of necessary insurance coverages, leads Practical Negotiations and Representation in front of Insurers, incl. in Public Procurement Proceedings, materializes Creation, Placement and Quality Controls & Assurance of Local & Cross-Border Insurance Programs, Master Policies (DIC/DIL), Fronting. Further, he provides Advice on Best Practices & Industry Benchmarking, on Insurable and Uninsurable risks & Transfer, and on Cost Efficiency of Total Risk Transfer, Insurances and Budgeting.

Mr. Hugo Barker

Reinsurance Leader, Specialist Reinsurance broker of 26 years focused on Central and Eastern Europe.

Hugo is active in developing Coverholders or Delegated Authority Underwriting arrangements for Underwriters who write business from our regions and is a shareholder and supporter of BRB Underwriting Agency, which is a Lloyd’s Coverholder.

Mr. Louis Coomans

External Markets Business Development Leader, experienced Independent Director in the Financial Industry.

Louis has 20 years of experience as CFO, COO and CEO in MMC. He has opened MMC operations in more than 15 countries.

Louis’ activities in the last 20 years have included helping private and public clients to raise their Corporate Social Responsibility and Risk Awareness and establish process and controls to manage all risks categories. One of his activities for the Belgian Army was the development of an information Risk Model. He has an MSc in Finance and Management.

Mr. Kristian Garancis

Leader of Reinsurance and Captive solutions and Management in Multinational Business Environment.
Kristian specializes in structuring and implementing FOS Suretyship solutions (Credit & Bonds).

Mr. Dmitriy Rybakov

Experienced Property & Casualty insurance and reinsurance professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry: 7 years in an insurance company (dealing with reinsurance matters) and 10 years as a reinsurance broker. Since 2011 working in international reinsurance brokers companies.
